AN OPEN LETTER TO MIKA.
So Mika, You throw around claims of stalking by us all the time, and then gave Tony’s name to Rob to post openly in the forums for whatever reason, just like you posted our names all over the Daily Paul before, so you want to bring stuff out in to the open, HERE IT IS.
Let’s examine your actions since we took your bum ass in and gave you a place to stay.
Dec 2008, You came crying to my girlfriend saying you needed a place to stay, you would fix up our whole house in exchange. We took you in before Christmas, let you have dinner with us on Christmas day and her and I fed you every single day and told you that you didn’t have to work around the house.
You spent most of your time doing nothing, you weren’t working, had no money coming in, yet we fed you and didn’t ask anything work wise in return. You finally got a job, got a bit of money and took it upon yourself to build a bathroom in our basement. We never asked for anything from you, even food money, being nice people and all, but you wanted a bathroom in the basement for your convenience. You did it as cheap as possible, half ass and a true show of great contracting skills.
Jan – Feb 2009. You got all drunk and started bashing Obama which turned into 9/11 debate, with your usual arrogance that you think you know everything and you are right. You were told to stop your arrogance and insults, but you kept going and going. You ended up leaving the debate almost crying, then left the house in the middle of the night and called from a motel room a few days later. You said you were too scared to come back to get your stuff, yet no one kicked you out, you left on your own, no one threatened you, and no one said you couldn’t come get your stuff. We kept telling you to get your stuff out of house, we didn’t want it. Eventually you came and got your stuff, no one bugged you, and you left. You even told us you had thousands of dollars hidden in your guitar and no one touched it.
Feb- Aug 2009 You keep harassing Tony, and Beth over the internet, with msn messages, emails, facebook messages. We keep telling you to go away and eventually everyone bans you so you leave you us. You resort to emailing friends of Beths to slander us.
You then called the Hamilton building inspector and told them we had an illegal bathroom (that you built) in our basement and our foundation was forcing our house to sink. They came out, told us the bathroom wasn’t up to code (Mr. I always follow building codes.) We tore up the bathroom, we didn’t want it there anyways. They inspected the building and told us it was fine and wasn’t going to fall.
We receive more anonymous complaints that all turn out to be baseless and nothing comes of it. We get weird phone calls in the middle of the night, and a bunch of other juvenile stunts.
During this time, we took down a website that we are the legal owners of that we were nice enough to keep hosting for you. After you slander us in publics, call all kinds of inspectors on us, we took down your site and put up nothing but the truth about the type of person you are. It is not and never was your site and us being the legal owners, choose to do what we wanted with it. Try and say we slandered your business when you don’t have a legal business, that’s kind of hard. Plus what we said was the truth. You aren’t registered, you’re not licensed, and you don’t pay taxes and do everything else outside of the law, so telling the truth isn’t a crime, even in freeman land.
You start posting about us slandering you on the Daily Paul, looking for legal advice on how to sue us. What happened to you saying you have been a freeman all these years? Oh ya, you weren’t a freeman back then, just a nut. The thing is, for us to slander your ‘business’ you have to have a legal business, which you don’t, and never have. You threw your little tantrum on the Daily Paul, calling us names when we came to defend ourselves, you continued with your lies. Like that you have a cousin who is a police officer and he told you Tony is wanted by the police. We called the Windsor police and your so called cousin doesn’t exist, and for the record, Tony doesn’t even have a criminal record at all, not to mention, not being wanted. You kept slandering us on there until we went to the police and filed a harassment report against you. Funny, if Tony is wanted, how did him and I and the rest go to the police station and give our names to file the report. It’s obvious that you are a dangerous nut, and we made it known that we didn’t want any contact from you online but that didn’t stop you, so we had to resort to the police.
Let’s examine now for a second all the lies you told just on the Daily Paul. Of course, you deleted all your posts on the Daily Paul like a baby, and then blamed someone else saying they hacked your account and acted like you were under attack. The owner of the site checked IP’s and found out you were the one who deleted all your posts, then you claimed it wasn’t you but you got caught and banned. While on the Daily Paul, you made some many lies and claims, it’s not even funny. You claimed you designed the windows for the Renaissance Center which was built in 1977 and you were born in 1966. So you were a master designer at age 11? I though you were doing time in group homes in Toronto then and not even in Windsor? You claim you have been too 3 different colleges meanwhile you are a dropout from a high school that is unruly and slow kids. And you claim to own houses in California, and Michigan and Windsor and everywhere. You claim to be an American citizen when you aren’t. And that’s a few examples. You’re a pathological liar. You don’t own those houses, you spent the last year living in a motel room like a rat. You lied and contradicted yourself on the Daily Paul so much, it was sad. All to get people to say, wow Mika, look how awesome you are. Once that wore out, you played the, someone deleted my posts game. I could go on for pages about just all your lies on there, but suffice to say, you lied on there lots. Just your little following on there was too dumb to realize it.
Everyone once in a while, you’d whine online somewhere about it.
Aug 2009-You visited Tony’s personal website and send a threatening email under the name of Domino. We have IP evidence to prove that it was you and still have the evidence, so keep playing around.
Oct 2009-You message my girlfriend on Facebook again, after being told not to again and again and again, slandering us to her. More harassment.
Here’s a funny thing about harassment, it’s a criminal offence under the Criminal Code of Canada. Your little freeman games say you have to obey the criminal code, which being a freeman or not, you’re still breaking the law.
Apr 2010-You go to court and try your little freeman games and get your name published in the paper that you called and told to be there, and therein starts the big freeman debate that I wasted more of my life on that I could have ever thought possible reading. You sent in the great leader Rob Menard to fight your fight for you, and just stay in the background throwing out accusations that it’s us posting on there. Then you email bomb the newspaper and get the article taken down because you don’t like the title of it, and all the time hide in the shadows while getting rob to do your dirty work. You can’t even come out into the forum yourself except for a few posts. From what I read, it seems like you lost your case, badly,
Funny that all of you harassment you’ve done from behind the computer and now you have other people doing it for you Face to face, you were a coward, you ran out of the house in the middle of the night and then have done nothing but insult us, harass us, and throw pathetic threats online, call all kinds of different agencies on us and acted like a complete child. Look at the timeline. What did we do to you in that time? When did we contact you in that time frame? All we did was called the police to get you to stop harassing us.
This will be the very last time I say this.
Leave my girlfriend alone, Tony alone and the rest of the people in this house alone.
THIS IS MY OPEN CLAIM. MIKA HAS BEEN HARASSING US FOR THE PAST YEAR AS EVIDENCE BY ABOVE. I AM NOT SURE WHAT HE WILL DO, SO I POST OPENLY THAT IF ANY HARM COMES TO THIS HOUSE, MY BUSINESS OR ANYONE IN THIS FAMILY, I FEEL THAT HE COULD BE RESPONSIBLE AND WANT THIS KNOWN IN THE OPEN.
